Ol Standby

It wasn't until we actually went to England that I learned to like Guinness.As I recall, they have Guinness Extra Cold on tap in pubs across the pond.  This helped me learn to appreciate the creamy dark beverage and boy am I glad for that.  It's the least that England could do for me considering the culinary disappointment I experienced.  I think I ate either fish and chips or some sort of meat and veggie pie everywhere I went while we were there.

But I digress.

So, in an attempt to recreate the "Extra Cold" part of our English experience, I poured this one up after dinner in a super frosty mug and dove in.  Yum.
